tuesday-text-v2

Thought to share: What is the name of your greatest fear? What is the name of the storm you face? What is the name of the illness invading your body? What is the name of the battle you’re in?

Whatever its name – MY Name is greater. MY Name is superior. Their names must bow in submission to MY Name; JESUS.
Call on MY Name. Whisper JESUS into your storm, and feel MY peace. Say JESUS, and see the circumstances change. Proclaim MY matchless Name, and see fear dissipate and the atmosphere shift.
MY Name is MY gift to you. It is yours to use. Let it flow from your heart and mouth and find hope, help and comfort.
Philippians 2:9-11 (NLT) Therefore, God elevated Him to the place of highest honor and gave Him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Ephesians 1:21 (GNT) Christ rules there above all heavenly rulers, authorities, powers, and lords; He has a title superior to all titles of authority in this world and in the next.

tuesday-text-v2

Thought to share: Don’t talk at ME. Talk with ME. Don’t come with lists and tasks. Come sharing your heart. Don’t tell ME what you think you’re supposed to say. Be authentic and transparent, revealing everything you think and feel. Then let’s discuss. You share your heart and I will share MINE. And we’ll make the journey together.

Psalm 62:8 (NLT) O my people, trust in Him at all times. Pour out your heart to Him, for God is our refuge.
Proverbs 2:1-4 (NLT) My child, listen to what I say, and treasure my commands. Tune your ears to wisdom, and concentrate on understanding. Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding. Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures.

Thought to share: change is inevitable. Your life is constantly moving in and out of various seasons in multiple areas of your life simultaneously. As seasons come and go, they bring with them new challenges and experiences. They require adaptations to life. They entail uncomfortable adjustments. Often you don’t like it.
But I encourage you: don’t fight the season change; embrace it. Though it may be scary, welcome it. Though it may be difficult, accept it – because I AM in the change. I have planned good things for you in the new season. But if you resist, you may miss the treasures I have hidden for you along the way. Flow with the season and its changes and you’ll find you are closer to ME.
And one thing you can count on – though the seasons change, MY love and faithfulness to you remains the same.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NLT) For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.
Romans 8:28 (NLT) And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose for them.
2Timothy 2:13 (NLT) If we are unfaithful, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny who he is.

Thought: you’ve wondered if “this” is all there is. You’ve asked if what you have is “it”. You questioned if there’s more to ME and your faith. And I tell you there is so much more. I cannot be contained. I AM limitless. I AM immeasurable. And you have not even begun to scratch the surface. I AM, have and give so much more than you realize.

If you want to discover the depths of ME and find more to your faith, seek ME. All I AM is available to you, but you must come get it. You have to draw from the well and drink. And when you do, I will not disappoint.

Isaiah 40:12 (NLT) Who else has held the oceans in His hand? Who has measured off the heavens with His fingers? Who else knows the weight of the earth or has weighed the mountains and hills on a scale?
Jeremiah 29:13 (NLT) If you look for Me wholeheartedly, you will find Me.

Thought: put the world on hold and come away with ME for awhile. Don’t push ME to the background with the promise to talk later, as you try to juggle your to-do list. Instead, place ME front and center. Give ME your undivided attention and let ME love on you, filling you with MY Presence. You won’t regret it. It’s never wasted time to be with ME.

Luke 10:38-42 (NLT) As Jesus and the disciples continued on their way to Jerusalem, they came to a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed Him into her home. Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord’s feet, listening to what He taught. But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.” But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.”
