tuesday-text-v2

Thought to share: as the chaos swirls around you, let ME fill you with joy. Let the reality of MY power, faithfulness, goodness and love flood your soul; washing over you in glorious wave after glorious wave. See MY mighty works. See MY strong hand. See MY abundant provision. Celebrate MY works. And as you do, hope swells and confidence surges because you know I AM enough.

Psalm 126:3 (NLT) Yes, the LORD has done amazing things for us! What joy!

Psalm 92:4 (NLT) You thrill me, LORD, with all You have done for me! I sing for joy because of what You have done.

Ephesians 3:20 (Msg) God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams!

tuesday-text-v2

Thought to share: I know it feels like a mess. I know it looks wrecked. Unrepairable. Beyond fixing. But those are lies. Nothing is so dead that I can’t breathe life into it. Nothing is so ruined that I can’t give you beauty for those ashes. Nothing is beyond MY ability to restore. Give it to ME. Let ME own it and watch what I give you in return, for  I make all things new.

Isaiah 61:3 (NLT) To all who mourn in Israel, He will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the LORD has planted for His own glory.

Isaiah 43:19 (NLT) For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

Revelation 21:5 (NLT) And the One sitting on the throne said, “Look, I am making everything new!” And then He said to me, “Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true.”

Thought to share: when you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see your perceived flaws and how you fall short of society’s definition of beauty, success or worth? Or, do you see the stokes of splendor I painted? Do you see the hues of magnificence I incorporated into you? Do you see how elaborately I blended beauty throughout? Do you see the breathtaking Light radiating from you? When you look in the mirror, do you realize you are looking at MY greatest masterpiece? If this is not what you see – look again, for you are missing stunning artwork.

Psalm 139:14 (NLT) Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.

Ephesians 2:10 (NLT) For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.

tuesday-text-v2

Thought to share: Pull your thoughts away from the past and get into the here and now with ME. Reign your thoughts in from future events and step into this moment with ME. Quit chasing what-if’s and dancing with if-only’s, stop the whirlwind of planning and the swirling chaos of anxiety and be in the present. I have covered your past. I have taken care of your future. All you need is to be present with ME here and now, and you’ll find rest.

Isaiah 43:18 (NIV) Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.

Philippians 4:6-7 (Msg) Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

Matthew 11:28-30 (NLT) Then Jesus said, “Come to Me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you. Let Me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”

Thought to share: when you encounter challenging tasks, enlist MY help. When you face everyday, ordinary tasks, ask for MY help. Whether you are working on mundane, routine duties or monumental, life-changing moments, you need ME. You need MY wisdom and strength. You need MY guidance and peace. Don’t exhaust yourself trying to do anything on your own. Lean on ME. Draw from ME. Let ME be your source.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (NLT) Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.

Psalm 32:8 (NLT) The LORD says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.

Psalm 23:3 (NLT)  He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to His name.

Thought to share: let ME help you through today.  There’s no need for you to handle the stress today will bring on your own. Invite ME in, and I’ll give you wisdom for each situation and words for every conversation. When you allow ME to help, you’ll have peace and be filled with hope. So take MY hand and follow ME into the day.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (Msg) Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; He’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume that you know it all. Run to God
Proverbs 2:6 (NLT)  For the LORD grants wisdom! From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.
James 1:5 (Msg)  If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get His help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought.

tuesday-text-v2

Thought to share: I AM your hiding place, your shelter from the storm. When darkness presses in and suffocates you, I AM your refuge. MY Name is your shield and defense. I AM your very present help in time of trouble. Run to ME and I will cover and protect you. I will keep you safe.

Psalm 32:7 (TLB) For You are my hiding place; You protect me from trouble. You surround me with songs of victory.
Psalm 46:1-3 (NAS) God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; Though its waters roar and foam, Though the mountains quake at its swelling pride.
Psalm 91:2(NLT) This I declare about the LORDHe alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God, and I trust Him.
