2019 Tuesday Text

Thought to share: Don’t become stressed, anxious or angry when you encounter difficulties. These bumps in the road are opportunities for a miracle. Problems are occasions for ME to show MY glory. Complications are a chance for you to see MY supernatural strength and power actively working in your life. Celebrate these instances where the road is not smooth and the way is not clear because these are times I can display MY strength in you!

2Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT) But he answered me, “My grace is always more than enough for you,and my power finds its full expression through your weakness.” So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me. So I’m not defeated by my weakness, but delighted! For when I feel my weakness and endure mistreatment—when I’m surrounded with troubles on every side and face persecution because of my love for Christ—I am made yet stronger. For my weakness becomes a portal to God’s power.

James 1:2-4 (TPT) My fellow believers, when it seems as though you are facing nothing but difficulties see it as an invaluable opportunity to experience the greatest joy that you can! For you know that when your faith is tested it stirs up power within you to endure all things. And then as your endurance grows even stronger it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing lacking.

tuesday text v1 3000x1704

Thought to share: the word for today is Grace. Grace is MY supernatural power at work in you. Grace gives you the strength you need to push through difficult situations. To endure hardships. To withstand the storm. Grace is the resolve you need you need to stand your ground and be unmoved. Grace enables you to do what you could not do otherwise. So lean in to MY grace and draw from MY power.

Ephesians 4:7 (TPT) And He has generously given each one of us supernatural grace, according to the size of the gift of Christ.

2Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT) He answered me, My grace is always more than enough for you,and My power finds its full expression through your weakness.” So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me. So I’m not defeated by my weakness, but delighted! For when I feel my weakness and endure mistreatment—when I’m surrounded with troubles on every side and face persecution because of my love for Christ—I am made yet stronger. For my weakness becomes a portal to God’s power.

tuesday-text-v2

Thought to share: Grace is your word for the day. You have MY unmerited favor. You’ll never have to earn MY love. I love you because you exist. I used MY power and authority to rescue you. And now MY power and authority fills your life. You are surrounded by MY grace. MY strength empowers you. Now walk in MY grace. Extend MY grace. Love everyone in your path simply because they exist. Never require them to earn it. Use MY power and authority to rescue the lost. Take MY strength and support those around you. MY grace at work in you is not just for you, but should work through you to touch others.

Ephesians 2:8-9 (Amp) For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God; not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation].
2Corinthians 12:9-10 (NLT) Each time He said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Thought to share: stop wishing things were different. Stop longing for a different set of circumstances. Easier circumstances. Stop dreaming about another scenario. Instead, talk to ME about it. Ask ME what should change. Ask ME what MY plans are. I may have orchestrated your situation to perfectly accomplish MY will in your life. I may have placed those people in those positions – those places – in your life to serve MY purpose. I may have put you exactly where you are. And if you spend your time dreaming for something else, then you’ll miss everything I have for you. Ask ME if something needs to change. And if so, then I will lead you to change, adjusting people and shifting circumstances. If it’s the enemy, then I’ll empower you to live in the victory I’ve given you. And if no changes are needed, then I will give you the grace to persevere.

James 1:2-3 (NLT)  Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.

Thought to share: Realize your inadequacies. Acknowledge your inefficiencies. Doing so is not a sign of weakness, but is the connection to your Source of strength. Admission of your deficiencies enables you to grow more dependent upon ME. Seeing your lack, causes you to lean on ME and draw from MY perfect strength. Let go of the idea of that you must be strong or have all the answers. Embrace your weakness and allow ME to be your strength.

Isaiah 40:29 (NLT) He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.
