tuesday text v1 3000x1704

Thought to share: Don’t fall for the line that you must live in go-go-go mode. A busy life does not equate a fulfilled life, it only creates a life of exhaustion and weariness. Instead of filling your life with activity, fill your life with ME. Fill every aspect of your being with MY Presence. And when your life is full of ME, you will know contentment and satisfaction without exhaustion and weariness.

Ecclesiastes 4:6 (NASB) One hand full of rest is better than two fists full of labor and striving after wind.

Psalm 63:1-4 (TPT) O God of my life, I’m lovesick for You in this weary wilderness. I thirst with the deepest longings to love You more, with cravings in my heart that can’t be described. Such yearning grips my soul for You, my God! I’m energized every time I enter Your heavenly sanctuary to seek more of Your power and drink in more of Your glory.
For Your tender mercies mean more to me than life itself. How I love and praise you, God!
Daily I will worship You passionately and with all my heart. My arms will wave to you like banners of praise.

Matthew 5:6 (NASB) Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.

tuesday text v1 3000x1704

Thought to share: I know your to-do list is long. I see your deadlines and the expectations others place on you. I know you have a full day and you have so many important – necessary – things to do. But nothing will ever be as important as spending time with ME. Of all the things you need to do, this is the one thing that is truly needed. Spend time with ME and all the rest will fall into place.

Luke 10:38-42 (NLT)  As Jesus and the disciples continued on their way to Jerusalem, they came to a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed Him into her home. Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord’s feet, listening to what He taught. But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to You that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.” But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.”

Matthew 6:33 (TPT) So above all, constantly chase after the realm of God’s kingdom and the righteousness that proceeds from Him. Then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly.
