2019 Tuesday Text

Thought to share: Hope in ME. Not the cross-your-fingers, take a big gulp and wish, shallow kind of hope that the world offers. I call you to have absolute confidence in ME alone. Trust in MY perfect character. Anticipate MY never ending goodness. Know that the Truth of Who I AM is a greater reality than your present circumstances. Choose to put your hope in ME.

Psalm 42:5 (NLT) Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again — my Savior and my God!

Psalm 33:18 (TPT) The eyes of the Lord are upon even the weakest worshipers who love him— those who wait in hope and expectation for the strong, steady love of God.

Psalm 20:7 (TPT) Some find their strength in their weapons and wisdom, but my miracle deliverance can never be won by men. Our boast is in the Lord our God, who makes us strong and gives us victory!

tuesday text v1 3000x1704

Thought to share: Thankfulness is a shield that protects your heart and mind from despair. When you choose to be thankful in every situation, you’ll find that joy rises to the surface. As you express gratitude in the middle of stressful circumstances, you’ll feel MY peace envelop you. While you are giving thanks, you realize MY continued faithfulness. Embrace thankfulness and you’ll discover hope soars!

1Thessalonians 5:18 (Amp) in every situation [no matter what the circumstances] be thankful and continually give thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.

Psalm 69:30 (Amp) I will praise the name of God with song And magnify Him with thanksgiving.

Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT) Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all he has done.  Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

tuesday text v1 3000x1704

Thought to share: Hope comes from ME alone. You’ll find many people and things that offer you hope, however; they are empty promises that only leave you empty-handed and more desperate than before. Stop looking for them to fill you with assurances and prop up your emotions. Instead, be filled with the confident expectation of what I have promised as you rest in MY faithfulness. Focus on all I have already done! This will cause hope to soar and fill your soul with joy. That is abundant living!

Psalm 33:20-22 (TPT) The Lord alone is our radiant hope and we trust in Him with all our hearts. His wrap-around presence will strengthen us. As we trust, we rejoice with an uncontained joy flowing from Yahweh! Let your love and steadfast kindness overshadow us continually, for we trust and we wait upon You!

Psalm 78:7 (NLT) So each generation should set its hope anew on God, not forgetting His glorious miracles and obeying His commands.

Psalm 39:7 (TPT) And now, God, I’m left with one conclusion: my only hope is to hope in You alone!

tuesday text v1 3000x1704

Thought to share: Be encouraged! You lack nothing – you have everything! You have peace. You have joy. You have strength. You have victory. You have hope. You have all of these things and so much more because you have ME. You don’t have to wait for them. You don’t have to earn them. You don’t have to qualify for them.  In ME, they are yours in abundance. They belong to you. Choose to apply them.

Romans 8:37 (TPT) Yet even in the midst of all these things, we triumph over them all, for God has made us to be more than conquerors, and His demonstrated love is our glorious victory over everything!

John 16:33 (TPT) And everything I’ve taught you is so that the peace which is in Me will be in you and will give you great confidence as you rest in Me. For in this unbelieving world you will experience trouble and sorrows, but you must be courageous, for I have conquered the world!”

Matthew 12:21 (NLT) And His [Jesus] name shall be the hope of all the world.

Psalm 30:11 (NLT) Then He turned my sorrow into joy! He took away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy.

Psalm 46:1 (NLT) God is our refuge and strength, a tested help in times of trouble.

tuesday text v1 3000x1704

Thought to share: I know you think it’s a mess. It can’t be fixed. It’s useless. No life left in it. It’s beyond restoration. But nothing is impossible with ME. I make all things new. I can revive your desert places and breath life to those dead things. Invite ME in. Let ME breath life into it. Let ME renew your hope. And soon you’ll find beauty rising from the ashes.

Matthew 19:26 (NLT) Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.”

Psalm 107:35 (TPT) But He also can turn a barren wilderness into an oasis with water!
He can make springs flow into desert lands

Isaiah 43:19 (Msg) Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it? There it is! I’m making a road through the desert,  rivers in the badlands.

Ezekiel 37:1-10 (NLT) The LORD took hold of me, and I was carried away by the Spirit of the LORD to a valley filled with bones. He led me all around among the bones that covered the valley floor. They were scattered everywhere across the ground and were completely dried out.  Then He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones become living people again?”

“O Sovereign Lord,” I replied, “you alone know the answer to that.”

Then He said to me, “Speak a prophetic message to these bones and say, ‘Dry bones, listen to the word of the Lord!  This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Look! I am going to put breath into you and make you live again!  I will put flesh and muscles on you and cover you with skin. I will put breath into you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’”

So I spoke this message, just as He told me. Suddenly as I spoke, there was a rattling noise all across the valley. The bones of each body came together and attached themselves as complete skeletons. Then as I watched, muscles and flesh formed over the bones. Then skin formed to cover their bodies, but they still had no breath in them.

Then He said to me, “Speak a prophetic message to the winds, son of man. Speak a prophetic message and say, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come, O breath, from the four winds! Breathe into these dead bodies so they may live again.’”

So I spoke the message as He commanded me, and breath came into their bodies. They all came to life and stood up on their feet—a great army.

tuesday-text-v2

Thought to share: What is breathing down your neck? Whispering words of fear into your soul? Stirring anxiety inside? What is nagging at you, eating away at your peace like ravenous locust?

Whatever it is, throw hope at it! Hope is not the fluff of wishful thinking and crossed fingers. Hope is the confident assurance that I AM everything I said I AM and will do everything I promised. It is rock solid. Substantial and powerful. And it will bring your enemy to their knees.

Assert your hope in ME. Declare your confident assurance in ME and see your enemies wither and fade.

Romans 15:13 (NLT)  I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Psalm 39:7 (NLT) And so, Lord, where do I put my hope? My only hope is in You.

Psalm 71:14 (NLT) But I will keep on hoping for Your help; I will praise You more and more.

tuesday-text-v2

Thought to share: let ME help you through today.  There’s no need for you to handle the stress today will bring on your own. Invite ME in, and I’ll give you wisdom for each situation and words for every conversation. When you allow ME to help, you’ll have peace and be filled with hope. So take MY hand and follow ME into the day.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (Msg) Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; He’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume that you know it all. Run to God
Proverbs 2:6 (NLT)  For the LORD grants wisdom! From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.
James 1:5 (Msg)  If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get His help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought.
