2019 Tuesday Text

Thought to share: When you don’t know what to do, look at ME. When you don’t know what to say, listen to MY voice. When you feel lost or direction-less, hold MY hand. When your emotions are in turmoil, turn to MY heart. And wait. Trust. Know that I AM your God and I will provide all your needs and it will be good – because I AM good. Lean into ME and find rest.

Psalm 62:1-2 & 5 (TPT) I stand silently to listen for the one I love waiting as long as it takes for the Lord to rescue me. For God alone has become my Savior.
He alone is my safe place; his wrap-around presence always protects me. For he is my champion defender; there’s no risk of failure with God. So why would I let worry paralyze me, even when troubles multiply around me?
Pause in his presence
I am standing in absolute stillness, silent before the one I love,
waiting as long as it takes for him to rescue me.
Only God is my Savior, and he will not fail me.

Isaiah 30:21 (TPT) Your own ears will hear him. Right behind you a voice will say,
“This is the way you should go,” whether to the right or to the left.

Isaiah 41:10 (NLT) Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

2019 Tuesday Text

Thought to share: Don’t assume you know. Don’t think you have anything figured out. Before you choose or make a decision, stop and ask ME. Get your directions and clarity from ME. I know everything. I see what you cannot. I have all the insider information. I see past, present and future and understand how they all connect. I have all the answers. I want to share MY wisdom with you. So ask ME and then listen as I tell you everything you need to know.

Jeremiah 10:23 (Msg) I know, God, that mere mortals can’t run their own lives,
That men and women don’t have what it takes to take charge of life. So correct us, God, as you see best.

Jeremiah 33:3 (Msg) Call to me and I will answer you. I’ll tell you marvelous and wondrous things that you could never figure out on your own.

James 1:5 (TPT) And if anyone longs to be wise, ask God for wisdom and he will give it! He won’t see your lack of wisdom as an opportunity to scold you over your failures but he will overwhelm your failures with his generous grace.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (Msg) Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; He’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume that you know it all. Run to God

Thought to share: Don’t talk at ME. Talk with ME. Don’t come with lists and tasks. Come sharing your heart. Don’t tell ME what you think you’re supposed to say. Be authentic and transparent, revealing everything you think and feel. Then let’s discuss. You share your heart and I will share MINE. And we’ll make the journey together.

Psalm 62:8 (NLT) O my people, trust in Him at all times. Pour out your heart to Him, for God is our refuge.
Proverbs 2:1-4 (NLT) My child, listen to what I say, and treasure my commands. Tune your ears to wisdom, and concentrate on understanding. Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding. Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures.

Thought to share: Trust ME. Trust MY wisdom. Trust MY guidance. Trust that I AM working in you. Trust that I AM working in your difficulties, trials, disappointments and frustrations. Trust I AM using everything to mold you into MY likeness. Don’t complain. Don’t worry. Don’t resent. Don’t fear. Embrace the pain, the un-comfortableness, the stretching, the painful reality. Your troubles are valuable because I use them to transform you. Humble yourself and trust ME.

Proverbs 3:5 (NLT) Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.
2Corinthians 4:17 (NCV) We have small troubles for a while now, but they are helping us gain an eternal glory that is much greater than the troubles.
2Corinthians 3:18 (NCV) Our faces, then, are not covered. We all show the Lord’s glory, and we are being changed to be like Him. This change in us brings ever greater glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
